Clutter to you,
treasure to someone else.
One Saturday morning, dozens of front yards across Solymár, and everything that has been sitting in the attic, the garage or the cellar until now. Come along, have a look, and take home whatever catches your eye.
I want to sellI am just looking

How taking part works
No rented tables and no pitch fee. If you want to sell, you lay your things out in your own front yard; if you come to buy, you work your way around the map. Here is the whole thing, with the dates.
August 27 - September 4
Registration
You tell us where you live and, in a few words, what you are bringing out. No need for an exact list, roughly is plenty. A single table of things is perfectly fine. Registering is free.
September 5-12
Review and matching
Every registration is read by hand. Anyone selling in their own yard is in automatically. Anyone without a place of their own, we find a spot for in a yard that is happy to host.
September 13
Notification, then the map
By that day everyone will have heard from us whether they are in, or on the waiting list for now. After that the public map of locations goes live.
What to know about selling
The short answer: bring what you have, and be there for the four hours. The longer answer is this.
Free, and what you make is yours
No pitch fee and no commission. What you sell is yours. At this first festival only private individuals can sell; registering as a business is not possible yet.
You bring the table
Tables, chairs, blankets and clothes rails are each seller’s own affair. We are looking first for Solymár residents; whatever places are left over are open to people from elsewhere too.
Cash and qvik
Most places will be taking cash, but with qvik the money is in your account within seconds. If you have never used it, say so when you register and we will help you set it up.
Common questions
Nothing. Registering and taking part are both free.
Register anyway. Either we put you together with someone who will have you alongside them, or we ask the council for a shared spot.
If the weather is bad we will say so by email and here on the site, either cancelling or moving the date.
Where the locations will be
The map is built from the registrations, so it only goes live once they have been reviewed. For now this is a sample, so you can see what to expect.

The heart marks a garage sale location. On to the map
From children’s clothes to a retro lamp
Every category has its own colour, and the same colour will mark the location on the map. So you do not have to walk the whole village for the one thing you are after.
No yard of your own, but you would like to sell?
Register anyway. There are two ways round it: either we put you together with someone who will have you alongside them, or, if a lot of you are in the same position, we ask the council for a shared spot. That depends on how many people register, and we will write about it after September 4.
